Since this proposal may be submitted to other buyers, the first buyer accepting, in writing, in accordance with the terms and conditions, contained herein, will have a binding contract for sale and delivery.  Accepted proposals must include one third  (1/3) of the sale price, the balance thereof to be paid prior to shipment.

Specifications are correct, to the best of the seller’s ability and are solely intended as a guide.   Used machinery is sold as is, where is, and is subject to the buyer's inspection.  Seller has the right to correct typographical errors.

Purchaser's Responsibility:
Purchaser acknowledges his responsibility to comply with all current necessary safety and  electrical requirements applicable to the purchased machinery’s use and geographical location.  Upon acceptance of this  contract, the purchaser(s) further agree(s) to hold harmless and defend the seller from and against all claims arising from the use of equipment purchased with this contract.
